Migrate old tracker data

Your old single-file tracker stored tasks in browser localStorage under rtt_v6. This importer reads that data, converts it, and queues every task for Supabase sync.

Setup

Edit accounts, servers, rates, and cut rules. Changes are saved in Supabase settings.
